My 2nd Review
First I want to thank my new friend Sara from the Blog Pajama Professional, for surprising me with a stellar review! It was totally cool and unexpected. I don’t know if many of you have given much thought to my tag line, “Psycho-linguistical Dialectology: From The Edge”.
She broke it down like this:
Psycho as an appended prefix generally means related to the mind, mental. Linguistical is of or pertaining to language. So . . . so far we have language as it related to the mind. Kind of. Lets see if pulling in the last word will help. Dialectology: The branch of philology that is devoted to the study of dialects.
This is just a slice of her fantasic analysis! Thank you so much Sara! I love it! She reviewed my blog and it was so nice! Go read the review, Revellian: A Breath of Fresh Air.
Funny Advertising
I thought of something that really cracked me up today about advertising and personal blogs. Imagine that real advertising in magazines, newspapers and TV were combined with personal views from store employees, etc.
Some of us are trying to make money with our personal blogs. We are opinionated and don’t care what people think. I thought of a scenario where me and some of my blogging buddies work in a grocery store together. This imaginary store allows us to add personal commentary on their ads to provide us with some very funny advertising. Check it out:
Bag-boy Bobby says: This job sucks. I never get my two 15 minute breaks and the manager cheated me on my paycheck again. I hate this place. Don’t shop here! There are giant rats in the back storage areas. This is the MOST UNETHICAL store I have ever seen. Join me in my mission to destroy this company!!!!!
Shelf Stocker Rolando from RPlayground says: It’s not the lemons I care about, it’s the wonderful people who buy them! If you see me while cruising isle 6 placing pork&beans on the bottom shelf, stop and say hi! We can chat about anything! More importantly, we can talk about you and your beautiful family!
Cashier Girl Genie Princess from Mariuca says: Who cares about these stupid lemons! My sweet and fluffy kitty cat, Phoebe is the cutest kitty ever! I just love her! She prances like a little princess and when she hops, she looks like a fluffy bunny…YAY!!!! I love my Phoebe:)
Vegetable Guy Seiche says: Steal my lemons and I’ll break your face. I have a freezer full of chumps who tried it…go ahead, I dare you.
Okay, you get the idea. It’s all in the name of humor! I didn’t ask my coworkers for permission to add them into this article so I hope none of you mind. It would have lost it’s edge and been less of a surprise. I have some other ideas coming soon to an ad near you!

Hi Bobby!
Can I volunteer myself to be the Water Lady to is forced to serve dirty drinks to bluff the customers into thinking the service is good? The Water Lady is happier cleaning up some beach for free in her bikini?
Haha .. This is a funny one!

Hey Bag Boy Bobby,
That is too funny, I kind of think you’d be the Norma Rae though. You’d try to get a UNION going and then if that didn’t work you’d want to destroy the company. Hey you don’t all work for WAL MART do you?

Oh Bobby, I’d like to be the lady who gives out the food samples. You know the one that stands at the base of the aisles with the manky paper towels all around her?
