Google knows where the content originates and they're also aware that these sites are stealing it. The disclaimer looks to be word-for-word from what I remember. He had claimed that it was just some college project, yada, yada, yada. So I threatened him with a lawsuit and he about crapped his pants. So if this is indeed the same guy, then he's well aware that what he's doing is copyright infringement and thinks he can get around it by pretending it's a social experiment. Bullshit!
