Looking back, I did some really idiotic things LOL! I'm done beating myself up over the world's problems. Beyond all the problems and troubles aroung us, simply being here, being alive, is truly a wonderful thing. Each and everything we do affects someone, even if it's only ourselves. If everyone took just a moment to try and make that "affect" a positive one the world would truly be a better and happier place. I have been offline a few days to move some bedrooms around so the kids could have more space and even though I have been offline I too have been feeling incredibly grateful in the last few days. I read somewhere recently online that happiness is contagious for up to three degrees in social circles. This is online as well- people with happy facebook pictures have happy contacts (or so they say). I don't have a facebook account so I don't know if this is the case. I am really grateful and that is very close to happy for me. I am not a rose colored glasses person either- but I like to walk on the optimistic side.
